In honor of 12-12-12 the last consecutive days we will ever see in our lifetime I captured 12 photographs

This all started when I got an invite on facebook to join hundreds of others to capture 12 photographs through out the day. It was extremely expiring and really motivated me to captures some
outstanding photos that mean a lot to me. These photographs represent my life, daily routine and the emotions I feel almost everyday. If I didn't have a lot of things my life would be meaning less and I would serve no purpose to be here.

This little outside the box project was a huge eye opener and a challenge. This day was just the beginning for more to come.

Light

 "The Coy Fish Pond"

" The Girl and Her Garden"

These are some of my favorite photographs.  My main goal with this project was the lighting and color. I only used natural lighting and I used it in a way to give an effect to the photographs. I really like the lighting in "The Coy Fish Pond". It perfectly splits the water in half one side dark and one side bright. It really adds a dramatic effect to the photograph and gives the photograph a nice flow to the moving eye. I thought the fish were perfectly positioned. I got really lucky with that!
On both photographs I really messed with the colors/saturation. I wanted to pop out the green in
"The girl and her garden" and pop out the orange in the coy fish. One of my favorite things to do is post editing my photographs. I love to mess with the saturation/color and add texture. To me it is a perfect way to get my message across in my photographs.

So far these are some of my favorite pieces of work. I hope you like it as much as I do.

Lonni Summer Debut

This was so much fun. I love doing model photography and the model I worked with was amazing. This started out as a simple project for class but turned out to be a personal and important project to me.  Of course it was shot at my favorite place the Mesa Art Center. Lonni Summers did so good. She is so much fun to work with and has so many great ideas. Her facial expression were absolutely perfect and she did so well at following direction. She is awesome!

I didn't want to much color in the photographs because I wanted attention to her warm skin tone and her body language.

I had so much fun shooting this project and again love working with Lonni. Enjoy!

Here are some Senior Portraits I photographed. Congrats to Megan Rollins! She was so much fun to work with and I really enjoyed her excitement and her adventure to try new and unique things. We photographed at an old rail road check near the Mesa Art Center it was so perfect to get some unique and edgy photos. And of course we photographed at the Mesa Art Center one of my favorite place to photograph. So many different colors and amazing architectural designs. It went perfect with her beautiful and fun personality.  I am very proud how these photos came out and I know her friends and family will be too. Good luck Megan!

Arizona's Beach Property

This was a little fun project I did to show what it is like to live in Arizona during the summer time. To me during the summer time people are quite desperate to find anyway to cool off. Because of this  man has resorted to create a pool in almost every backyard and apartment complex in Arizona. Instead of have beautiful sandy beaches we have man made lakes like the Saguaro lake or the filthy salt river. This is very humorous to me, Arizona is one of the hottest staes in America and this is what we get chlorine filled pools and muggy water.

The model in the photograph is one of my class mates from Mesa Community College, Sidney Delorean. She herself is a photographer and an amazing artist. I thought she did a super job. She was so much fun to work with and had some awesome ideas. Me and her have some other great fun ideas and projects to show off our great state of Arizona. So hopefully you will stay tune to see more amazing photographs.

"The Tea Party" series

Here is my latest project.  It started first as just a simple school project but then it developed into a very personal project.
